 Witnesses said The causing truck  wear plates 3A-0403 drove on street No 488 from Derm Thkov roundabout to pass over the slope forward Street No 271 but  Because of the truck store steel too heavy unable to pass the hill and brake , Slide backward  plus 3 cars Behind  cause several damage .
