Fire destroyed stalls in parking Kampong Thmor market and 5 houses do not know who is responsible?

Kompong Thom : Electricity nervous flare damage small stalls about 200 and  5 houses in at Parking Kampong Thmor market at 9 and 30 pm on Nov. 24, 2014 and about 2 hours later the burning  off  after interventions from  Provincial Police fire truck and Chamkarleu Plantations  .
