drunks ride motorcycle hit metal barriers road ,one break the head from shoulders and another serious injury

Phnom Penh : A man ride his own motorcycle hitting a metal barrier which using to separate a part of road,Cause the motorcycle to fall And broke the head from the shoulders which rolled tens of meters from the body, claimed by police. it looks very shock at 10 :20 PM of 28 January 2014 on Russian Federation Road  in front of Poa Chentong market,located in PosenChey district.A victim was known, Yen Rambo, 23 year old, job is a security, homeland at Sangkae BongVae village, Phnom Kong Commune, Ang Chey district, Kampot province. and accompanied with another man who name is Hean Chan Raksmey, the same security, 19 years old and stay at Tul Kork Accommodation , homeland with above victims, ride motorcycle brand Honda 125-super,color black series 2009 license plate number Kampot 1D-0175.
 Before the scene, the Victims  drink together in the store brand "Samrak Choub Met" (relax meet friend) located in Phnom Penh Thmey commune. they drank 4 jars then leave , by riding motorbike along Russian Federation road  very fast. suddenly arrived  at the scene, there was  a car drove the same direction And drove over a motorcycle victim , while it drove over, the car little touched motorbike, so the motorbike can't control itself Also hitted road barriers Cause the motorbike rider break his head of , fell to the ground .
