 This case caused by rider named is Morn Nget ,male 25 - year - old , is a construction worker, Khmer who is a resident of the Number 3 village, Smach Meanchey Commune, Cemarak Phumen city Koh Kong province,which rode motorcycle brands Honda wave black -red without number plates Cause serious  injuries and sent to treat at Province Hospital but because of injuries too severe Also forwarded To treat at Phnom Penh and Died at 3 :30 am in the next day morning .Mr.Morn Nget rode his motor and plus Victim name is Horm Ouch, male 67 years old, Khmer, a motor taxi, and also a resident the same Morn Nget. rode motorcycle  brand Honda C125 black number plates Koh Kong 1A-2216  died on the spot.
